With more than 20 years of varied experience in both the public and private sectors, Atty. Oyzon Jr. is an accomplished legal professional. He is currently a Senior Partner at Magsalin Law, where he provides strategic legal advise and representation with a focus on civil, criminal, arbitration, and administrative law.

In addition to successfully representing clients in intricate issues and assisting in their settlement through alternative dispute resolution procedures, Atty. Oyzon possesses substantial experience in both commercial and construction arbitration.  His experience includes advising clients on compliance and regulatory matters, guaranteeing adherence to pertinent legislation and optimizing operational efficiency in the context of customs and tariff consultation.

He formerly held important positions, such as Counsel at the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), where he worked with various government entities to advance successful litigation strategies and assessed and implemented procedures for effective case disposal. His experience also includes work as a Securities Counsel at the Securities and Exchange Commission, where he oversaw securities law enforcement actions and assessed case results.

Additionally, Atty. Oyzon was the Legal Counsel for the Transnational Diversified Group, providing technical and legal services in a variety of industries and acting as a point of contact for government organizations to facilitate business daealings.  He has a thorough understanding of tax, customs, and professional regulation legislation thanks to his foundational experience as a PRC Attorney and as a Court attorney at the Court of Tax Appeals.
