Magsalin Law started in 2007 when it was established as Magsalin and Associates. The firm commenced its services in a humble office situated in the historic Intramuros district of Manila, a place replete in cultural legacy and importance. In response to its expanding clientele and evolving needs of the legal industry, the firm rebranded as Magsalin, Magsalin and Associates and repositioned its office to the Commonwealth district of Quezon City. During this period, MagsalinLaw broadened its practice areas, particularly by entering into real estate law. This specialization engaged specialty developers and contractors, establishing the firm as a significant entity in the industry.
